The Zinn Team

	Carol Ann Zinn NYU graduate Carol Ann began in 1976 creating the first of 12 Durham/Chapel Hill neighborhoods and 2 commercial projects. She also began designing and building homes – first for her family and then for clients in Chapel Hill and beyond. Carol Ann, a former artist and potter, stays current on housing details and trends, bringing a fresh approach to all Zinn Design Build products.
	Adam Zinn A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Adam was the WRAL-TV account executive of the year in 1994 and 1995. With an extensive background in sales and management, he runs the day-to-day operations at Zinn Design Build. He is the first contact for realtors, future homeowners and potential subcontractors.
	Omar Zinn Omar is the Managing Site Supervisor for all Zinn Design Build homes. His University of Colorado/Boulder B.A. in Psychology, with emphasis on Spanish and business, serves him well in communicating effectively with workers and clients. All Zinn homes undergo Omar's personal supervision and devotion to high quality.
	Jeff Jones A life-long North Carolina resident, as Project Manager Jeff works closely with Omar coordinating subcontractors and supervising job sites. He attended UNC Chapel Hill where he majored in Business Administration. A former General Contractor and cabinetmaker, Jeff is detail-oriented with emphasis on superior quality and structural integrity.
	Stefan Hooker A graduate of Western Carolina University with a BS in Criminal Justice, Stefan was employed as Park Ranger for the Army Corps of Engineers and as a deputy sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff's Department. He joined Zinn Design Build as Warranty Manager and subsequently became on-site Project Manager.
	Dale Brooks A former Virginia resident and six-year Army veteran, Closing Manager Dale Brooks spent four years as a maintenance supervisor before coming to Zinn Design Build. Dale's background includes extensive experience with all phases of residential and commercial construction. His discipline and passion for excellence are valuable assets for the ZDB team.
	Michelle Wood Office Manager Michelle Wood juggles many balls in her role as liaison between suppliers, construction supervisors, marketing professionals, designers and office personnel. Before joining Zinn Design Build, she previously held coordinator and management positions in marketing, manufacturing and transportation for several Florida corporations. Her studies included accounting and criminal justice.
